Two Officials and a driver of Pakistan High Commission was arrested on 31 May in Karol Bagh Region of New Delhi. They were arrested in a joint operation of Military Intelligence, Intelligence Bureau and Special Cell of Delhi Police. Sources Revealed they were connected to the Pakistan Army.
The two officers was working in the Visa Section of the Pakistan High Commission as directed by the ISI and third one was working as the Driver.
The two officers are identified as Tahir Hussain and Abid Hussain. They used to introduce themselves as the Clerk of Indian Army and working in the Indian Army's Central Board Post office to collect various confidential Information.
The three spies are paid hugely by the ISI Agency of Pakistan to collect confidential information related to the deployment of forces of Indian Army across the borders with Pakistan and the details of arms and Ammunition of Indian Army.
They also succeeded in forging ties with some junior rank jawans in Indian army and was trapping them to get confidential information.
They has also assumed fake Indian Identities too as they were caught with Fake Aadhar Cards with fake name and 2 iPhones with 15,000 Rs. Cash.
Indian Authorities lodged strong protests in the matter and Pakistan's Charge Dr affaires was issued a Demarche.
Pakistan has rejected the charges leveled against its staff and considered it as baseless and condemned the act of declaring them as Persona Non Grata and called it as negative Pre Planned and Orchestrated Media Campaign.
